Fenix Fitness renews with Debitsuccess

As Australia’s newest brand in health and fitness, Fenix Fitness Clubs are ambitious about making a difference not only to the lives of the people who walk through their doors, but to the fitness industry as a whole.

With 10 large scale gyms now open throughout the Melbourne metropolitan area in Victoria and the Gold Coast in Queensland, Fenix Fitness services almost 40,000 members with a full array of cutting edge exercise options – from personal training, to indoor cycling classes, pilates, yoga, zumba and the world recognised Les Mills group fitness classes.

Managing Director Craig Napier says that since the Fenix Fitness inception in late 2007, the company has gone from strength to strength and is now challenging some of the larger fitness chains in market leadership.

Craig acknowledges that Debitsuccess has played a significant part in Fenix’s capability for servicing and retaining their large membership base through their provision of club management software and billing services. It’s this very reason that has led to Fenix renewing their business relationship with Debitsuccess.

Fenix Fitness currently uses Clubware software across all its outlets and Debitsuccess for all processing and management of membership billing.

“Clubware is very easy to use, and its functionality provides me with the sorts of detailed reports I need to see on a weekly and monthly basis to keep ahead of the business,” says Craig.

He says the billing service especially is a seamless integrated process that takes away the headaches of managing the payments for such a large base of members.

“We know Debitsuccess provides very customer friendly interactions, and the people that manage our accounts there are always great to deal with.”

Craig is passionate about the work that Fenix Fitness does; especially the recent 12-week ‘Transformation Challenge’ programmes that the club has run to help people who want to seriously address their individual fitness challenges.
